El libro consta de cuatro partes, las cuales llevan al lector progresivamente a conocer al hombre, como está hecho y como se manifiesta, como ha sido su camino desde el llamado a la vida consciente hasta el tiempo del cambio, las energías que ha establecido, sus relaciones, sus necesidades de sustentación, sus motivaciones, percepciones y vías de intención.

Si las personas supieran lo valioso de este libro, sería estudiado en cada universidad del mundo. Su aporte al ser humano es incalculable, se nota que ha sido canalizado de las más altas esferas del conocimiento sagrado, contiene además meditaciones practicas para la activación de las facultades y dones del hombre que hacen que pase de ser una bonita teoría a una posible realización para cualquiera que realmente desee saber quien es y por qué esta acá en la tierra.
